I want to know about what work should have for office assistant cum field assistant in employment exchange office, what interviewer will ask questions for the interviewee for this job ?

Office Assistant cum Field Assistant is someone who helps in day to day office needs, like moving documents from here to there, keeping them organized and helping in other office works. As this role involves field Assistant as well, so you will have to go different branches/nodes of the organization for passing on things and communication/documents/letters.

In interview they will check majorly your attitude since this role involves a good level of patience and understanding as sometimes you might be overburdened with the work and sometimes who might have to listen from your superiors too.
