Forms for Group X and Group Y
The forms for the post of AIRMAN in group X and group Y of Indian Air force can be obtained from its official web site. I have attached the form with this thread also you can download the form from below link.

Eligibility for Group X
For the post of group X a candidate should be 10+2 pass with physics and Maths with a minimum of 50% marks.
Candidates having diploma in (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) with at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility for Group Y
Candidate should be 10+2 pass with science, arts, commerce subjects or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.


Eye sight for Group X and Group Y
(i)Unaided vision: 6/36 for each eye
(ii)Correctable with spectacles: at least 6/9 for each eye
(iii)Dioptectric power: not exceeding + 3.5 Dioptres including Astigmatism.
(iv)Field of Vision: Full
(v)Colour perception: Minimum CP-III
(vi)Corneal Surgery: PRK/LASIK is not acceptable
