Dear you have'nt mentioned rthe name of your board so that I can tell you something additional.
However, generally the results for class 10 are announced in the month of May,either in mid on last week.This year the results can be expected after 20th may.

Dont worry, announcements will be made in lading news news papers.

The results of different boards don't come altogether but the cluster of time constitute the period spanning from last week of may to 2nd-3rd week of june.
As far as CBSE X is concerned the result is expected to be out on 29th of may.

From last 4 years CBSE results are getting out in Last of MAY.

And this time also the predicted date for announcement for CBSE-10 results is 26-29 May 2010.

Dont worry notification will be released in news papers and other educational portals.

You are eligible for almost all colleges in Kolkata, if you want to opt for B.sc(General).

If you want to opt for B.Sc (Maths),thrn following colleges are available for you:-

St.Xaviers college
Jadavpur University
Bhethune college
Presidency college
Lady Brabourne college

Means almost every TOP college.

But if you want to opt for B.sc (Biology) then followings are available:-
St.Xaviers college
SA Jaipuria college
Presidency college
Lady Brabourne college


But if you want to opt for B.sc (Physics) or B.sc (Chemistry) then it would be difficult to find any good college.
