When the college open for 1st year student and what about the hostel?

It seems like you want to get admission in college.
well admission opens every year in college in June ,July months.
about the hostel , most of the college have there own hostel where you can stay the fees really depends upon the college you are getting admission in.
if you want get admission in a government college you will have clear an entrance exam.
