The dates of the application forms of the JELET Entrance exam are:
JELET is conducted by West Bengal joint entrance board for the various technical and pharmacy colleges.

Notification JELET-2012:
Staring of selling of application form in the concerned bank:February 10 2012
Closing date for selling oa application forms:2nd March 2012
Dispatch of admit cards to the applied candidates:22nd March 2012
Date of examination of JELET:27th April 2012
Date of pulication of results of JELET 2012:13th May 2012

The Forms for the JELET EXAM are available and you can get them from the WBJEE by Post or get it by hand or you can fill the form Online.

JELET(JOINT ENTRANCE LATERAL ENTRY TEST) is the institute which conducts WESTE BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM BOARD and this lateral entrance exam is conducted for various branches in
Diploma and Degree Level of Engg./ Phram./ Tech.

Application Form:

You can get the forms from the selected Axis bank branches by remitting the form fee. You can also get it from the official website or by post by sending a requisition letter along with the DD of the required form fee.

You have to attach pre-requisite exam certificate copies and other relevant credentials mentioned in the prospectus along with the forms.

THE DATES OF THE EXAM CONDUCTED BY WBJEE ARE:

• JENPARH … 13th MAY, 2012 (SUNDAY)
• EVETS … 27th MAY, 2012 (SUNDAY)
• JELET … 3rd JUNE, 2012 (SUNDAY)
• JECA … 24th JUNE, 2012 (SUNDAY)
• JEHOM … 24th JUNE, 2012 (SUNDAY)

JELET Exam is conducted for direct admission in 2nd year of engineering courses or under graduate courses .

Eligibility JELET Exam

1. No age restriction for diploma holders of Engineering.
   
2. For B.sc student those who are less than 27 years can apply for JELET.
   
3. You must have a B.SC or diploma from any recognized university or equivalent.
   
4. You must have minimum 60% marks in qualifying examination.

Syllabus:

• Engineering Mathematics
• Electrical Technology
• Computer Application
• Environmental Engineering
• Engineering Mechanics and Basic Engineering
• Strength of Materials

For B.Sc. with Mathematics - A separate question paper on Mathematics will be set based on B.Sc Maths

The Duration of the exam is 2 Hrs
