I want to know that when will be the sbi clerical exam?

The SBI clerical examination of 2011,has already completed and its result already declared.

SBI clerical examination for the year 2012 date is not declared,its date of exam is yet to be declared ,so keep visiting its official site:

Next SBI Clerical Exam is going to be held:

There are no specific dates.
The bank conducts the test according to the vacancies.
Usually two or more test is held in one year.
For recent vacancies candidates are asked to keep an update with the announcement from the Banks.

Examination pattern of SBI Clerical Exams:

• The paper will include questions like General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Marketing Aptitude / Computer Knowledge,General Awareness and Reasoning Ability.
• The paper is of objective type and the candidates have an option to choose from multiple choices.
• For every wrong answer, one-fourth mark will be subtracted.
• candidates have an option to write the exam either in Hindi or English

Eligibility:

• Candidates should be class 10+2 pass outs.
• candidate must have secured a minimum of 60 percent marks in 10+2 exam (55 percent for the reserved categories).
• Candidates passed diploma course after their matriculation can also apply.
• candidate must have minimum of 60 percent marks in the class X exam.
• Graduates of any discipline can apply for this exam
• (40% marks for general candidates and
• 35 percent for candidates of reserved categories/ex- servicemen)

age limit:18 years to 28 years.

1. Assistant – 8500 vacancies
2. Stenographer (English) – 900 vacancies
3. Stenographer (Hindi) – 100 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years to 28 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-12-2011. (Age relaxations would be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates, who have completed Graduation OR 12th Standard with 60% marks OR Diploma after 10th Standard, are eligible for recruitment.

Application Fee Details; Application fee and intimation charges together would be Rs. 350 for Assistant Post, Rs. 500/- for Assistant and Stenographer (English or Hindi) Post and Rs. 650 for Assistant and Stenographer (English and Hindi) Post. SC/ST/EXSM/PWD candidates need to pay Rs. 50/- towards Intimation Charges for any post. For candidates who have applied previously need to pay application fee of Rs. 150/- for Assistant and Stenographer (English or Hindi) Post and Rs. 300/- for Assistant and Stenographer (English and Hindi) Post. No fee for SC/ST/EXSM/PWD candidates.
