Where can I get admission after scoring 3100 rank in GATE and 540 score? Universities in which I can get specialization in VLSI or Embedded?

I got gate 2013 score 324 and AIR 14901 in Mechanical streem. Can I get a seat in Osmania University?

But gate exam is 100 marks na.then how could they got these much of marks? By the way i want to know how much marks the exam is? And out of 100 what is requirment to get adm.?
