iipm dehradun is best institute of petroleum eng. you can get job in private and govt. sector both .realince etc are private company and indian oil and other govt job u can get by this.u should passed entrance exam having syllabus of PCM 12th level .the form will avilable on coast of 1700 by post or online.

petroleum engineering is recent development in the field of technical education.petroleum engineering has become very much useful in extraction process.this study covers a wide range of topics, including geology,oil drilling,geophysics,geopolitics,well completion well login,pipelines etc.in india petrolium engineer are paid monthly salary between 25000 to 40000 apart from other perk and benefit.
