Form where get application form for mp DMAT for MBBS..please tell me from where

they will be available at the designated centres mentioned in the prospectus of the exam.

they are likely to be out soon.. maybe starting of june or so.

the date of exam is one week after MPPMT i.e. 17th of june, 2012.

After doing mbbs degree from outside country like Armenia , Russia or Ukrane one has to clear again MCI exam.
Is this exam very tough or easy? How many chances are required? Finally as medical line has become highly corrupt in our country hence is there any funding system or bribe system in MCI ? If it is there then this MCI exam will be really difficult for foreign degree holder. Please tell me everything in detail. DIPAK

Sir i forgot to attach demand draft and gurdian signature karnana bhi i forgot.I got a call from Dmat office regarding this and they asked to send a demad draft along with an application should i send a form( downloaded from their website) with fresh details and a draft of rupees 750 with my previous application number that they told me along with an appilcation. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME I don't want to waste my money and my year
