For the answer of your main topic i can say that yourr results will be declared on or after 23rd May 2012. You can have a look at the recent information given by CBSE at their official site:

www.cbseresults.nic.in

And for the second part please make your question clearer... that is whether you want papers for class 10th or you want 12th's last 10 year question papers...
