Starting date of submission of online form is 28-1-2010.
Last date for online submission form is:26-2-2010.
Date of test :28-3-2010.
Fees for Form:1300+50(online charges)

payment can be done through kiosk centers available everywhere or you can do it either with credit card or SBI card ,for KIOSK centers visit www.mponline.org

u can get the cet form from Bhopal G.P.O., Near Hamidia Hospital, Royal Market, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462 001. and then u have to fill all the details online..? best of luck and more details u can log on into.www.dte.org.in/mba.

you can get the Application Forms and prospectus by cash payment of Rs. 1100/- at MPPEB or from the assigned institutions by university.
you can also apply by post by sending a request letter with an account payee Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque of Es. 1500/- drawn in favor of "M.P. Professional Examination Board, Bhopal of any Nationalized Bank payable at Bhopal.

Applicant can also apply online on the official website.
