I have completed my MCA in the year 2017. Can I apply for PhD and which option I should choose in PhD? Would there be any entrance also? And, does IGNOU offers PhD?

Yes, IGNOU offers PhD course. You can pursue them even after gap of 3 years.

Yes, entrance exam is conducted by IGNOU for admission to their doctoral programmes. After entrance test, you will have to qualify Personal Interview as well.
