How can I download the mark sheet of a student who had passed class 10th from Uttar Pradesh State Board in the year 1987? Will I get it from UP Board's website? Do they keep so old mark sheet in their server?

As it is a old marksheet and once if you have received your original marksheet and are demanding for a duplicate than you must follow the particular procedure
Visit your school inquire if they have a duplicate copy of the following
Write application to the principal of your college for a duplicate certificate giving a valid reason
You will have to get the application verified and must forward to the board or the regional office and than your process will be done
You can also visit the board and must inquire for the same
