Whether Children of UP Govt. Employee on deputation to All India services and posted outside U.P. have U.P.domicile?
I am a Gazetted Officer of UP Govt. since 1990 and presently on deputation in Central Govt. organisation with posting in New Delhi for the last 5 years.My daughter is appearing in Class 12 from Delhi.Please guide about her eligibility in appearing for UPTU-SEE 2010

well sir,
State govt has permitted 10% of total sanctioned seats available in private institutions to be filled on merit by All India level candidates subject to the eligibility conditions given in the brochure through university counseling under the policy of state govt of UP This admission test is open to the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any institution located in UP or whose parents (father or mother) are domiciles of UP and 10% seats of All India level candidates so yes, your daughter can ofcourse apply for the exams and you also bear the domicile of U.P as does your daughter so dont worry and tell her to apply for the exams.. wishing you & your daughter good luck and fortune.. bbye take care.. |

yes my friend, your daughter is eligible for this exams, because the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any institution located in UP or whose parents are domiciles of UP are eligible for this exams........

your sister can apply for this exam because all the student which passed the higher secondry from the UP,can apply for this. o k |
