Whether RET is validate under educational experience to do PhD in BHU if being a temporary Professor?

Sir, I have completed my Master's in Geography from Pune University, after that I joined as a temporary Assistant Professor in a Government college. I have done research also in the field of Geography. Now I want to enroll in PhD at BHU. I have filled application in RET exempted category so under this educational experience will this category valid for me?
