Will it create any problem if I didnt write state name in Demand Draft?
demand draft was to be sent in favor of "Secretary Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi" but I have written this - "Secretary Central Board of Secondary Education" i.e. I have not written Delhi. Will this create any problem?

If it is a local payment then no problem.
If if it is out of state then it is must and should.
