Will I be able to apply for PSC exams having different date of birth in SSLC and Panchayath register?

My birth date in SSLC Book is 28-06-1979. My birth date in Panchayath Register is 28-07-1980. I am OBC candidate. May I apply for Public Service Commission (PSC) examination? Will I face any issue regarding my date of birth?
