it depends, first you apply for admission then wait for the result,,,,

some time they will not select the students with minimum percentage but there are some lucky students who get admission with 57% too,,,,

it depends they will see your 12th marks subjects vise,,,,and call you for councilling then decide whether to give admission or not,,,

better first apply for admission and try to have contact with any faculty of that particular college.

The cut off marks of this college is quite high. The basic eligibility criteria to apply for this course might be low but with so many students applying for limited seats the cut off marks will certainly go higher.
But there's nothing to feel bad about it just now. Apply for it and wait for the results to come out. Don't pin your hopes on just one college. Look for some other colleges as well to increase your chances of getting a good college.
