From the rank it seems that your brother's preparations were not upto the mark this year so it would be better to drop a year study for the exam and give it a second try because the rank is not good if he is opting for a Govt College. Maximum Govt colleges are filled up within 4000 rank.

Sir i have got 59600 rank in wbjee and i am outsider can i got any collage

sir my general rank is 13777 and sc rank is 851 so will i get a chance to get admission in goverment college.

I HAVE TO 25000 RANK IN WBJEE OF 2013. WILL I GET ANY STREAM IN ANY GOVT. COLLEGE?
