yea surely you will get job if you try. as you took break for 1.5 years after some experience then there will be some difficulties to select you for any job. but if you are good in your experience field then obviously you will get job. may be you have to search a lot and many company will not recruit you. but so many company also will recruit you for your experience.

i will suggest you to find job totally related to your experience. and at the time of interview when they will ask you about the gap then be prepare with a valid reason. tell them truly why you took that break. i think they will not reject you if you are suitable for the post. but you should not forget your work.even if you forgotten your work try to remind all the work may be by some study or yourself. surely you will get job in a good company.

best of luck.

Hi friend,

No need to worry about it. Any top MNC company will consider you for the respective posts. There is a demand for experienced candidates.

But you need to answer the below listed questions during your interview::
  • Why did you take the gap?
  • Do you have any health issues for that period of gap?
  • What you did in that period?
  • Are you in touch with the latest technology updates of your field?
  • Your previous company and why you left it?

The above mentioned questions are very important and you must be confident with the right answers to these queries.

It is always better if you carry so many qualifications which are latest.Along with your basic platform skills you need to develop additional skills too.

Gap is always not a black mark. You must show the right and effective reason for that gap which the interview panel can believe.

Work hard and give your sincere attempt. You will get job.

All the best

Hi

1.5 is a big gap. Every company you apply to would surely ask for the reason.
Try to give proper convincing reason. And make them believe that the situation was such that you couldn't do without taking the gap.

Also they would ask you about past work ex and would try to judge you based on that. You should remember your work well.
All the best
