i got 115 marks in aieee under general cateogory ,should i get nit jalandhar

it would be good if you mention your all india rank and which stream do you want to take at nit jalandhar you have also not mentioned which state do u belong if you fall under punjab the you will qouta under punjab government

The eligibility for admission under the home state quota is 10+2 pass in the discipline approved by AICTE from an institution located in Punjab.

please it would be easy to tell about your admission if you give above mentioned details

but now its too late and choice for aieee based college is over

Actually one can get into the NIT"S if the can score good marks in AIEEE exam.Generally I think(Actually I know) that atleast you should score 40% marks atleast out of 360 marks.so that means 144 score would give you chances and that too fair chances if you belong to general category as you said you belong too...

So sorry to say because i dont see any chances to get into NIT even in physical counseling..

The cut off for NITs is generally high. If you wait for 5-6 rounds then also you are unable to get a seat in NIT Jalandhar as its cut off is too high so, you are not able to get a seat in NIT Jalandhar in any branch. SO, either drop the year or choose any other college.
