It is important to read the instructions carefully. You need to get in touch with the authorities immediately. Do as per their instruction. If you are unable to get in touch with them then it is advisable to fill another form and send across a fresh application. Make sure the application reached on time.

Hi,

No need to worry. Your form will not be rejected. They have mentioned to use pen so that any misuse can not take place with your form during counseling.

First i want to let you know that you should read the prospectus properly before you should apply for any exam!!

But i think your form will not be rejected as it will be dark black only and a form is accepted after computer scanning so it should not create much effect to your form..

but for better solution

Dear pal,
the aspirant need to keep in mind various thinks and fill the application . Read the application form and instruction given in it carefully. As the instruction vary from exam to exam.
If you are requested to fill in pen means then you need to follow it without any mistake. Failing to follow it may lead to the rejection of your application .
For any clarification of doubts you can call or visit the location which has been mentioned as centre for information. You will be given but in no case give wrong approach. As many sheet are recognised by the computers you may get rejection in case of using pencil instead of a pen. So be careful while filling the application.

hi friend,

According to rules and regulation you must have to fill your detail with black or blue pen.

Because, chances of changes or rubbed are
also there in case of pencil.

if you have filled other detail with pen insted of bubble you form will be selected otherwise rejected.

The authorities are very strict with the rules and regulations they have imposed. That is why repeatedly they ask people to be very careful.
Anyway at the moment you have got two options at hand:- either you can call them to find out what to do next or you can buy a form and send once again. If you do not have much time left to buy another form then call them as quickly as possible.
You do not have much options left.

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
