Which writers book should I refer for entrance exams like BHEL, NTPC and other government or private sector companies?
i am doing btech in mechanical engineer. i am in 2nd year. please tell me that for entrance exam like in BHEL,NTPC and other government or private sector companies,which writer's book i should study.

SIR,I HAVE ENTERED IN 4th YEAR NOW.I HAVE MECH. BRANCH. I HAVE JUST 62% AT PRESENT.I HAVE 2 SEMESTERS LEFT ,WHICH PSUs I AM ELIGIBLE FOR?

when will the public sectors conducts exams for mech eng graduates??do they have any common exams for recruitment??

Dear friend,
There are several subjects in the four years of your studies in Mechanical Engineering. Each subject has plenty of text books written by several writers. For the exams like-BHEL,NTPC etc. I would like to suggest you the following books:- 1.Fluid Mechanics by R.k.Rajput. 2.Strength of Materials by R.k.Rajput. 3.Material Science by O.P.khanna. 4.NACP by B.S.Grewal. 5.Electronics & Instrumentation by Sahani etc. All the very best.
