Please tell me if i can apply for the post of Yantrik in Indian Coast Gaurd being a Electronics stream student. Please help. [email protected]

Yes, diploma in electronics engineering is sufficient qualification to become eligible for yantrik post in Indian coast guard. Just make sure that you have completed it from a recognized institute.

Also, you need to fulfill the physical fitness criteria which will be relates to height, weight and vision. There will be through medical test before you are selected.

Yes a candidate with diploma in electronics, telecommunication, Mechanical can apply for yantrik examination.

It is consist of question paper with objective type questions.
After that , candidates who qualify the exam have to go for Physical fitness test and then for a interview.
