Sir, am 24. I have completed my B.Sc.(electronics) with 66% and M.Sc.(physics)with 76%.Can I join para commando.

It is not about whether a girl can join para commando troops or not, it totally depends on the capabilities. In Para SF, they don't discriminate on the basis of anyone's cast or gender. They check whether someone is capable of SF or not and if any girl wants to join Para SF they are most welcome. The qualification required is a candidate must have passed class 10th or 12th from a recognized board. The age criteria are between 18-23 years and one must have experience working in the Indian Army for a minimum period of 2 years after passing the rally examination.

As of now girls cant join para SF but soon the girls can join this Elite force aa there is a discussion going on this matter. girls you can hope for joining the para and can dream of wearing the coveted maroon beret and balidaan badge.

Girls are not eligible to join Para Commando. To join the para commando candidates have to first join defence services.

One can join defence service after qualifying in NDA or CDS examination conducted by UPSC.

So, you can appear for the examination and after qualifying in it will become eligible to join Para commando in the future.
