If I have already applied for UPSC Civil Services Preliminary & after that I got T.Y.B.Com result, I have 1 subject backlog then can I appear for UPSC Preliminary exam?

Yes, you can appear for UPSC Civil Services Preliminary exam.

If you have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university then you are eligible for Civil Service exam.

Age Criteria:

For General: 21 to 30 years
For OBC: 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST: 21 to 35 years

No. of Attempts:

For General: 3
For OBC: 7
For SC/ST: No Restriction

To be eligible to appear in UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination, you must have obtained Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university. If you have one backlog subject in your Graduation then, you are not eligible to appear in Civil Services examination. After clearing your backlog, you can appear in UPSC Civil Service Preliminary examination next time but, with backlog in your Graduation, you are not eligible to appear in UPSC Civil Services Preliminary examination.
