SSC conduct Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination every year for LDC - Lower Division Clerk and DEO - Data Entry Operator posts and a candidate must be eligible to apply for both of these posts with minimum eligibility criteria mentioned below :
You must be passed class 12th in any subject from a recognized board. Your age should not be less than 18 years and more than 27 years and relaxation in upper age as per rules which is upto 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST candidates. You can apply online for this job if having above mentioned qualification then you need to face examination conducted after online application. Online examination has following pattern : >> General Intelligence and Reasoning - 50 questions for 50 marks. >> General Mathematics - 50 questions for 50 marks. >> English Language - 50 questions for 50 marks. >> General Knowledge - 50 questions for 50 marks. Total 200 objective type questions for 200 marks and qualifying in this written test is compulsory with minimum qualifying marks. If you qualify this examination then you will be shortlisted for computer typing/ skill test as per the preference of the post and marks secured in exam. If you secure enough marks to qualify for DEO post then you will be shortlisted under DEO category otherwise in LDC with marks required. At computer system, you need to complete the test with minimum requirements which are : Your typing speed must be minimum 30 wpm in Hindi or 35 wpm in English for LDC post. Typing speed for the post of DEO should be minimum 35 wpm in Hindi or 40 wpm in English. 9000 key depressions per hour for LDC post and 10500 keys depression for DEO post. Computer typing test will be of qualifying nature means there is no marks but qualifying is compulsory. Final selection merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance of written examination means marks secured in exam. If you have secured enough marks and qualified in test then you will be appointed for the job as per your preference of various departments in application form. SSC Lower Division Clerical notification has been released. Last date for receipt of application has already closed on 16th February 2015. The examination has been completed on 5th April 2015. Next notification will be published in the month of December/January in the official website of SSC.
SSC Lower Division Clerical Examination is conducted for recruitment to fill the vacancies in Lower Division Clerical Grade reserved for Group C staff in the (i) central Secretariat Clerical Service (ii) Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical (iii) Grade VI of the I.F.S Branch 'B' Clerical Services (iv) Central Vigilance Commission Clerical Service and (V) Ministry of Railways. Eligibility: Applicant should have passed 12th standard from a recognized school or equivalent qualification. The applicant age not more than 45 years at the time of appearing for this examination. Upper age limits is applicable for reserved categories. 5 years relaxation is applicable for SC/ST categories. Pattern of the examination: Short Essay: 100 Marks Language: 100 Marks |

SSC stands for Staff Selection Commission.
The applicants participating in the recruitment should qualify the Lower Division Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination -2015 scheduled to be held on 5th April 2015. The eligibility for the exam are as under:- -The applicant should have passed 12th class from a recognized board or any other equivalent qualification.In addition to this,the applicant must have served for at least 3 years in regular service as a Group C employee having Grade Pay of Rs 1800. -The applicant age should not be more than 45 years of age as on 1st January in the year of examination.There is relaxation in upper age limit by 5 years for reserved categories. |
