Sir, I want to know about the complete detail of subjects of BPSC for a mechanical engineering student of final year and also about the strategy for the preparation of BPSC 2022

BPSC Exam have a qualifying paper General Hindi.

Apart from this, there will be two papers
General studies Paper 1
General Studies Paper 2

There will be an optional paper than can be chosen be by you.

You can choose optional paper subject related to Mechanical engineering.

Preparation tips-

Focus on Hindi because it is only qualifying paper.

Prepare for current affairs and general studies.

If you are good at technical than prepare for technical subject for optional paper to boost your overall score.

BPSC syllabus includes following subjects:-

General Science.
Events of national and international importance.
History of Bihar and Indian History.
Geography.
Geography of Bihar.
Indian Polity and Economy.
Changes in the economy of Bihar post-independence.

BPSC examination is conducted in three stages.

The three stages are :-

Preliminary.

Mains.

Interview.

Candidates have to appear and qualify in each stages of the examination for final selection. You are eligible to choose the optional paper other than the discipline of bachelor degree.
