Doing B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering(3rd Year). How to undergo training at NTPC and ONGC?

hello sir, I am Pradeep Kumar 3rd year branch instrumentation and control engineering from GBTU university Gr. Noida (U.P). i want to undergo training in NTPC and ONGC . How to do so?
