Educational qualification required to apply for Delhi Postal Circle Gramin Dak Sevak recruitment is candidate must have passed 10th standard from a recognized board/institute.
- The candidate must hold a Basic Computer Training Course Certificate of at least 60 days duration.
- The candidate must have knowledge of Local Language. It is mandatory.
- The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to 10th standard.
