Educational qualification required to apply for Diesel Loco Modernisation Works Patiala Act Apprentice recruitment is Candidate must have passed 10th Class and ITI course in the Electrician/Mechanic (Diesel)/Machinist/Fitter/Welder (G&E) trade.
