Dear friends, I have heard that High Court of Gujarat has announced the recruitment of Civil Judge post. I want to apply for this post. I want to know about the educational qualification which is essential to apply for this recruitment.

Candidates who are going to apply for High Court of Gujarat Civil Judge recruitment, should have completed their bachelor's degree in law from a college/university recognized by Bar Council of India. Candidates must be practicing as an advocate in Civil/Criminal jurisdiction. The age of the candidate should not exceed 35 years. Age relaxation of 3 years will be applicable on OBC candidates and 5 years will be applicable on SC/ST candidates respectively.

Educational qualification required to apply for High Court of Gujarat Civil Judge recruitment is mentioned below:-

—> You must possess a Degree in Law from a University recognized by law in India and

—> You must be practising as an Advocate in Courts of Civil and/or Criminal Jurisdiction on the last date fixed for submission of Online Application i.e., 30.09.2019

—> You should have passed the Degree in Law from the academic year 2009-2010 and onwards, must have also passed the All India Bar Examination, in order to be considered as eligible for being termed as a Practicing Advocate. (OR)

—> You must be working in the Courts or other Allied Departments on the last date fixed for receipt of applications.

—> You must possess Certificate(s), certifying to be possessing Basic Knowledge of Computer Application / Operation, issued by a Government Institute or other recognized Institute, as set out by the Government of Gujarat in General Administrative Department.
