Educational qualification required to apply for High Court of Madras Law Clerk recruitment?


I have heard that High Court of Madras has published a recruitment for Law Clerk. Can I know about the educational qualification to apply for this post? Kindly let me know about the educational qualification to apply. Thank you!

Educational Qualification required to apply for High Court of Madras Law Clerk recruitment is Candidate those who qualified Graduation in Law Under 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern from any recognized university can apply. Candidates those who are currently pursuing post graduate degree are not willing to apply.

Educational qualification required to apply for High Court of Madras Law Clerk recruitment:

Candidates must have completed a Graduate degree in Law (under 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern) from any recognized universities in the Indian Union and recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court in order to be eligible.

Candidates must have passed all their examinations, while studying law, within the duration of their course in order to be eligible to apply.

Candidates who have obtained their Law Degree during the academic years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 are only eligible to apply for the assignment as Law Clerk.

Candidates pursuing Post Graduate Degree in Law or any other Degrees/Programmes requiring their compulsory attendance elsewhere are not eligible to apply.

In order to apply for High Court of Madras Law Clerk recruitment, you should have completed your bachelor's degree in Law from an university recognized by the Bar Council of India. Hence, If you have the above qualification, then you are eligible.
