Educational Qualification required to apply for High Court of Madras Law Clerk recruitment is Candidate those who qualified Graduation in Law Under 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern from any recognized university can apply. Candidates those who are currently pursuing post graduate degree are not willing to apply.

Candidates should have obtained Graduation in Law (under 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern) from the recognized universities in the Indian Union and recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as an Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court.

Those candidates who have passed all his/her examinations, while studying law, within the duration of their course are only eligible to apply

Candidates who have obtained his/her Law Degree during the academic years 2016-17 and 2017-18 are only eligible
