Yes, you are eligible to apply for UPSC. Any graduate candidate from a regular, distance or deemed university are eligible to apply for UPSC exam. I have attached UPSC exam brochure, from this, you will find the eligibility criteria, pattern and many more information regarding UPSC exam.
