Sir, I have heard that SEBI has published the notification of Grade A Officer recruitment. I want to apply for this recruitment. Can I know about the eligibility criteria for applying in this recruitment?

Eligibility to apply for SEBI Grade A Officer recruitment:-

PG diploma in any discipline for general stream and PG diploma in statistics / economics / commerce / business administration/econometrics will be required for the research stream.

Age limit :-

Age will be calculated as on 29th February 2020

Candidate applying for the post should not exceed the age of 30.

Candidates must have been born on or after 1st March 1990.

Relaxation in age:
SC / St candidate - 5 years in upper age limit OBC - 3 years
PWD - 10 years
Ex-servicemen - 5 years.

Eligibility to apply for SEBI Grade A Officer recruitment are as mentioned below:-

Educational qualification -
General - Candidate must have done Master's degree in any discipline/ Bachelor's degree in Law/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognised university or CA/CFA/CS/Cost Accountant.

Legal - Candidate must have done Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognised University.

Engineering - Candidate must have done Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering from a recognised University.

Research - Candidate must have done Master's degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration (Finance)/ Econometrics from a recognised University.

Information Technology - Candidate must have done Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Information Technology/ Computer Science) or Master's degree in Computer Application from a recognised University.

Official Language - Candidate must have done Master's degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Sanskrit/ English/ Economics/ Commerce with Hindi as one of the subject at Bachelor's degree from a recognised University.

Upper age limit - 30 years

Age relaxation -
For OBC - 3 years
For SC/ST - 5 years
For PwBD - 10 years
For PwBD (OBC) - 13 years
For PwBD (SC/ST) - 15 years
For Ex-Servicemen - 5 years
