Respected Sir/Madam, I want to apply for the NDA & NA examination of the UPSC. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria to apply for this examination of 2021. Can any of you kindly help me to know about the eligibility criteria? Please help me in this regard.

Eligibility Criteria required to apply for UPSC NDA and NA Examination 2021:

The basic eligibility criteria required to apply for UPSC NDA and NA Examination 2021 is given below,

>> For Air Force and Naval Wings (Cadet Entry Scheme):-
@ You must have passed 10th and 12th Class from a recognized board or university with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects.

>> For Army Wing of National Defence Academy:-
@ You should have passed 10th and 12th Class from a recognized board or university.

>> The minimum age required is 16.5 years and maximum age should not exceed 19.5 years. i.e., You must have been born between 2nd July, 2002 to 1st July, 2005 for NDA 1 and between 2nd January, 2003 to 1st January, 2006 for NDA 2.

>> Only male candidates are required to apply for this NDA examination and must be unmarried.

Eligibility criteria required to apply for the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) NDA (National Defence Academy) & NA examination 2021 is:

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: Candidate must have 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Candidate must have 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board.

Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.

Candidate age must lie between 15.7 to 18.7 years.

----Eligibility to apply for the UPSC NDA & NA examination 2021----

Nationality of candidate should be Indian/subject of Bhutan/subject of Nepal.

For army wing of National Defence Academy, the candidate should have passed class 12th examination.

For Air force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10 + 2 cadet entry scheme at the Indian Naval Academy, the candidate should have passed 12th or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a state education board or university.

Minimum age is 16 years and maximum should not exceed 19 years.

Age limit:-

Only unmarried made with a date of birth not later than July 1, 2004, are eligible for the NDA 1 exam.

Candidates born between in January 2, 2002, and January 1, 2005 are eligible for NDA 2 2021 exam.

Female candidates and married candidates are not eligible to apply for the examination.

Minimum Age:-

15.7 years ( not later than 1st January 2005) / 16 years during the commencement of course.

Minimum Age:-

18.7'years ( not earlier than 2nd January 2002) / 19 years during the commencement of course.

Minimum Qualification:-

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy:-
Passed class 12th examination conducted by a state education board or university.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the twelfth cadet entry scene at the Indian Naval Academy:-

Passed class twelfth or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a state education board or university.

Candidates who are appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination can also apply father exam.

Physical Standards:-

Candidates seeking admission to the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy examination must be physically fit as per the physical standards set by the conducting authority.

°°° In order to apply for the UPSC NDA & NA examination 2021, the candidate who have done 12th in any discipline for Army wing and 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Air force and Navy.

°°° The applicant should have Indian Nationality.

°°° Age should be between 16 to 19.5 years.
There is no age relaxation in upper age limit to reserved category students.

°°° Candidates seeking admission must be physically fit as per the the medical standards set by the conducting authority.

Educational qualification:-

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy:-
The candidate should have passed class 12th examination conducted by a state education Board on University.


For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the XII cadet entry scheme at the Indian Naval Academy:-

AC motor 16.5 to 19 years India
The candidate should have passed class 12th with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a state education Board or University.


Candidates who are appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination can also apply for the exam.


Age limit:-
The age limit is between 16.5 to 19 years.

Indian



Physical Standard:-
Candidates seeking admission to the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy examination must be physically fit as per the physical standards set by the conducted by authority.

The eligibility to apply for NDA & NA examination is that :-

Candidate must have passed or pursuing in std 12th from a recognised board.

Candidates must be born between 02nd July 2002 and 01st July 2005.

The eligibility to apply for the UPSC NDA & NA examination 2021 is or Army Wing of National Defence Academy candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board and for the Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics subjects from a recognized board. The candidate minimum age should be 15.7 years and the maximum age should be 18.7 years.

The basic qualifications required for appearing in the NDA (National Defense Academy) and NA (Naval Academy) I Examination 2021 are as below :-

* You must be an unmarried Indian male candidate.

* You must have completed your Class 12th in any discipline from a recognized board of education. In case of joining Indian Air force or Indian Navy wings of NDA, you are required to have opted for Mathematics and Physics in your Class 12th. Students going to appear in their Class 12th board examination are also eligible.

* You age must be within 16.5 years to 19.5 years as on 02.01.2022.

* You must hold the physical and mental fitness as per the service requirement norms.
