Sir, I have completed MCA distance education from sambalpur university. Can I eligible to get a govt. computer teacher job in govt. high school.

Minimum qualification of a computer teacher in government high school should be degree or diploma in computer applications.
As per central government notification the age limit is 18 to 45 years. There is age relaxation available for OBC of three years and for SC/ST for 5 years for 2021 computer teacher recruitment.

Eligibility for computer teacher job in government high school:-
You have to complete bachelors degree then a post graduation degree in M.tech, MCA etc. with a good percentage and then you have to appear for the NET examination held by UGC.

You can opt Computer Science for your NET exam. Qualify the exam and you can become a govt college professor.

Eligibility for computer teacher job in government high school:-

You need computer science education along with B.Ed qualification to become eligible for teaching job in government school after qualifying TET.

Only on the basis of TET you will get a permanent teaching job in school. Without qualifying TET you will be eligible only for temporary job in private or government schools.

The eligibility for a computer teacher job in a government high school is a candidate must have passed a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. A candidate must have qualified in BEd (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized university/Institute. If you want to apply for a teaching job in higher secondary then you should qualify for TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) as this examination is compulsory to become a teacher in both private and public schools. The candidate's age should not be less than 18 years and there is no upper age limit to apply.

The required eligibility for recruitment as PGT is that candidate must have passed post graduation degree from a recognised institutions and possess B.Ed qualification.

So, candidates with above qualification are eligible for CTET and state TET conducted for recruitment of teacher in government schools.

Eligibility for computer teacher job in government high school is that you must have Basic Education Qualification for the Primary level.

--- Bachelor of Education two years degree is essential for government school teachers jobs.
If you have completed your graduation and post graduation in computer science or related field then you are eligible for high school teacher exam but Bachelor of Education degree is essential for government school jobs.
Then you will have to qualify the teacher eligibility test that is conducted by each state afterwards you will have to qualify one more test and then interview.

Required eligibility for PGT :-

Master degree with B.Ed qualification.

For recruitment in government schools, you have to appear and qualify in the entrance examination such as CTET or STET.
