Eligibility criteria for appearing in MPSC examination?


I am doing Graduation in B.Sc in Hospitality. I want to know about the eligibility criteria for MPSC?

Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) conducts the examination to recruit the candidates for the various top administrative positions in the state of Maharashtra.

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidate should be citizen of India.

* Candidate can be subject of Bhutan, Nepal.

* Candidates age should be in the range of 18-28 years.

* Candidate should have passed graduation in science or Engineering branch from any recognized university or institution.

* Candidates should secure 60% marks or above in the qualifying examination.

After completion of B.Sc degree you are eligible for MPSC exam.

MPSC stands for the Maharashtra Public service commission. It organize the examinations for the top administrative positions in Maharashtra state government.

If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university then you are eligible for MPSC exam.

Final years candidate are eligible for MPSC exam.

Age limit :-

For general category : 21 to 30 years.
For the OBC candidates : 21 to 33 years
For the SC\ST candidates :21 to 35 years

Selection process for MPSC exam :-

Preliminary examination
Main exam
Interview

Yes, you are eligible to appear in MPSC Examination after completion of B.Sc in Hospitality. The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in MPSC Examination is "Bachelor Degree in Science (Or) Engineering stream" from a recognized university. The minimum age required to appear in MPSC Examination is 18 years and the maximum age must not exceed 28 years and there will be an age relaxation for reserved category candidates. MPSC Examination are basically conducted for filling up vacancies for the posts of,
> Tehsildar
> Deputy Registrar
> Block Development Officer (BDO)
> District Transport Officer
> Superintendent of Excise and Prohibition
> Assistant Secretary
> Deputy Superintendent of Police
> Deputy Collector
The general educational qualification required to be eligible for appear in MPSC Examination is "Graduate Degree" from a recognized university. You can apply for MPSC Recruitment after completion of your Bachelor Degree.
