I'm in 2nd year for mechanical. I want to become an RTO officer. But don't have more information about eligibility/criteria to become rto officer.
Sir, plz send me requirement to become rto officer.

As you have mentioned that you want to go abroad after your B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) in Computer Engineering and now you are in 1st year and you are confused that is there any chances to get job their or you need to continue your study after your B.E. (Master in Engineering) in Computer Engineering.

I am studying in the last year(B.E) of mechanical engineering i want to become RTO officer what is the eligiblity critera for exam

RTO is an acronym for Regional Transport Officer. Recruitment for the post of RTO is made by State Public Service Commission. RTO recruitment is made for posts like Clerk, Sub Assistant engineer, and Judicial service Post.

Being a Mechanical engineer, you can apply for the post of RTO Sub Assistant Engineer.

Eligibility criteria:

- The candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical ).

-The candidate age should be in between 23 years to 32 years.

Selection Procedure:

Preliminary Examination

Main Examination and

Interview.


Syllabus for the Written Test :

General Knowledge

General English

General State Language

General Studies

Optional Subjects (Computer Science/ Mechanical Engineering).

RTO stand for Regional Transporter Officer.
This exam is conducted by state public services.

After the completion of your Engineering only you can eligible to apply this job.

RTO Engineering Eligibility:
The candidates must be citizen of Indian
The candidates must be complete Bachelors Degree in Engineering ( CIVIL,
MECHANICAL, and ELECTRICAL )
Age limit between 18 to 32 years.

judicial service post eligibility criteria:-


-Candidate should be above 23 year old and should be below 34 years.
-He should be a citizen of India.
-For this particular post candidate should be holding a degree in law from any standard or recognized university.
-Candidate should be capable to read, write and speak particular state’s language.


clerkship post eligibility criteria:-

- candidate should be a citizen of India.
- candidate should have an educational qualification Secondary education or equivalent from the respective state board.
- age of the candidate should be between 18 years old and should not cross 37 year old.
- exam syllabus would vary from state to state RTO examination.

sub assistant engineer eligibility criteria:-

- candidate should be an Indian citizen.
- candidate should have a degree in engineering like in civil, mechanical or in electrical.
- number of vacancies available would vary from state to state.
- age of the candidate should not cross 32 years.

Sub assistance engineering post required 1 years automobile industrial experience???

My date of birth 18-11-1983 her i m eligible for RTO exam.

Student who had done surgery can he apply for rto exam

To become a RTO officer :- The applicant should be 10th pass .
If you want to get more high post in this then you must pass graduation from recognised University.
Age limit- 21 years to 30 years.
