Can anyone of you please tell me about the education qualification which requires to apply for Grade II Staff Nurse of WBHRB. I want to apply in this recruitment, kindly let me know the eligibility criteria along with the educational qualification.

West Bengal Health Service department has published a notice on for the recruitment of Grade II Stuff Nurse. There are total 8159 vacancies.

Eligibility criteria:

Education - General Nursing and Midwifery/ Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course passed from any Nursing Training School/College of Nursing recognized by both Indian Nursing Council and Respective State Nursing Council.

Age - Between 18 & 39 Years of age as on January 1, 2019 (relaxation for Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe/Other Backward Classes and person with disabilities as per Government Rules and Orders, etc in force).

Others - (i) Registration as Female/Male Nurse Midwifery from West Bengal Nursing Council.
(ii) Knowledge of Bengali/Nepali (spoken and written).

To apply for the recruitment candidates should have completed their General Nursing and Midwifery/Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) recognized by West Bengal Nursing Council. Candidates must have knowledge in Bengali and Nepali language both verbal and written. The age of the candidate should be in between 18 years to 39 years and age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms.

Candidate age must lie between 18 to 39 years. Upper age relaxation are available for reserved category candidate.
