Hello everyone, kindly let me know that what kind of qualification is required to apply for the post of Horticulture Officer through Andhra Pradesh PSC recruitment? I want to know about the eligibility criteria as well. Can anyone let me know about this?

Eligibility and educational qualification required to apply for Andhra Pradesh PSC Horticulture Officer recruitment are mentioned below:-

—> Educational qualification:- Degree in Horticulture from a recognised university.

—> Age Limit:- 18 to 42 years as on 01.07.2018. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules.

Eligibility and education qualification required to apply for Andhra Pradesh PSC Horticulture Officer recruitment are as follows.

Candidates should be a citizen of India.
Candidates should be of sound health and free from any bodily defect.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture recognized by the University Grants Commission. If candidates having a degree in Horticulture are not available, then M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in Horticulture will be considered for appointment.

Age Limit: (as on 01st July 2018)
Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 42 years

Age relaxation:
For SC/ ST & BC applicants: 05 years

For Physically Handicapped persons: 10 years

For Ex-Service men applicants: 03 years

For N.C.C applicants: 03 years

For A.P.State Government Employees: 05 years

For Retrenched temporary employees: 03 years.
