Hii Sir, I am Shubham, I have done B.Sc. Hotel management. Can I apply for government job?What kind of government job available for B.Sc. Hotel management student? Which one entrance exam must be required?

The entrance examination conducted for admission to BSC Hotel Management at various government aided Institute Of Hotel Management ( IHM) and Catering Technology JEE ( NCHMCT ).

To get admission to a good government aided college the candidate has to score well in NCHMCT JEE.

Yes, after completion B.Sc in Hotel Management, you can apply for government sector jobs.

After completion of B.Sc, you are eligible for SSC exam.

SSC conducted CGL, LDC, FCI, Higher secondary level exams. This exams doesn't require any kind percentage marks.

If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized University then you are eligible for above mentioned jobs.

But your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

You can sit for most of the government jobs if you are from a govt approved university(NCHMCT,MAKAUT Etc). Most of the govt jobs only asked for graduation with 50% marks(banks specially).

Government job and entrance exam for BSc Hotel management student:-

1) Railway Catering.
2) Army/Institute catering.
3) Teacher/Faculty (IHM).
4) FCI.
5) FSSAI.
And you can sit for Bank po/clerk exams, RBI Po and Clark, SSC, UPSC Etc. Just focus on your preparation strategy.
