My daughter is going to give exam of 12th and after 12th she will do btech. How she can become a bank manager in nationalized bank. Please help what she do

After completing 12th standard, you need to completing graduation in commerce field like B.Com or BBA or any other graduation course.
In the final year of graduation you can appear for banking entrance exams like SBI PO, IBPS PO, ICICI PO, etc.
After qualifying this exam you will get the post of PO ( i.e Probationary Officer ) in bank.
After gaining few years of experience, you will be appointed as Branch Manager of Bank.

As a PO , one has to get trained and to gain experience working in public sector banks.

To be promoted as bank manager , one has to either perform exceptionally or clear the internal promotional exams.

As the time passes and experience grows , the chances of promotion increase exceptionally.

Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field is required in almost all banks.
