Re: How can i become a Naval Officer directly after passing 10th?
No, you are not eligible for recruitment in Indian Navy after 10th. You have to wait for two more years ( 10+2) to become an Officer in Indian Navy.
Candidates have to appear and qualify in NDA examination for selection in Indian Navy. The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed or pursuing 10+2 from any recognised board with PCM as main paper. The age limit to appear for examination is 16.5-19.5 years. Only male candidates are eligible to appear for examination. The examination is candidate in two stages and for final selection you have to qualify in both written and SSB. For more information about examination visit at http://www.upsc.gov.in. |
