I have already completed my MBA and working in a private company. I want to apply in SBI recruitment for Specialist Cadre Officer. Can I know how I can prepare to become a Specialist Cadre Officer through this recruitment?

There is no special books or coaching required to be eligible to qualify the special Cadre Officer Recruitment.

The candidates are required to have total 20 years of work experience in IT field. Out of which 10 years must be in Senior Executive level position and minimum 3 years in baking and financial Industry.


The questions in the Interview would be about your experience in IT field and skill test.

The last date to apply for the special cadre recruitment is 20/05/2019.

You can prepare to become a Specialist Cadre Officer in SBI by following the given points :-

1) Increase your Professional Knowledge and other sections.

2) They are advised to be calm and cool for first 90 minutes.

3)Attempting more than fifty percent of questions perfectly in the Reasoning and English Language .

4)For every Professional Knowledge question, candidates will have only 54 seconds.

5) Improve their reading and answering speed.

6)Answering perfectly is required in the Professional Knowledge section due to time-constraint.

7)One needs to hold at least 3 to 5 minutes to cross-check the answers in Professional Knowledge section.
