How to prepare for Naval and IAF SSB? Need help about books selection?

There are large number of books available in the market of different publication to prepare for the SSB as by the Upkar, Arihant etc...

But these books only give you the idea about the different stages of the SSB. The books consists of the Verbal and Non Verbal questions for first day test, then the words for the WAT, topics for the Group Discussion etc.. But above all you have to give maximum effort on your english conversation to qualify in the SSB.

So, you can go with any book by the Upkar or the Arihant for the preparation or to get an idea for the test procedure.
