Hello Sir/Madam, I am interested to join as a Supervisor in BHEL. But I would like to know that what I have to do under this post? What would be my job role? And kindly tell me the selection procedure as well. Thank you!

Job profile of Supervisor in BHEL is given below :-

1)Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures

2)Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment.

3)Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.

4)Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

5)Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
