Can anyone of you kindly tell me about the pay scale of Apprentice Development Officer in Life Insurance Corporation of India? I have applied for the same post through Life Insurance Corporation of India recruitment. But I don’t know about the pay scale for the same post. So kindly tell me about the pay scale as soon as possible.

Pay Scale allotted to Apprentice Development Officer in Life Insurance Corporation of India are;

During the apprentice period, the candidate appointed as Apprentice Development Officer will receive a fixed amount of Rs. 34,503/- as stipend per month as per rules of the Corporation.

On successful completion of apprentice period, they will be appointed as a Probationary Development Officer and their salary will be basic pay of Rs. 21,865/- per month (except for Employee Category candidates) in the scale of 21865-1340 (2) - 24545-1580 (2) - 27705-1610 (17) - 55075 and other admissible allowances as per rules would be applicable.

During the training period an Apprentice Development Officer in Life Insurance Corporation of India may get an approximate salary of Rs. 34,000/- and above per month. After the training period gets over, the salary will increase as per the norms of the organization.

In general there will be apprenticeship for certain period during which you will be given stiphend except for the employees categories from LIC.
