Can anyone of you kindly tell me about the pay scale of HR Executive Trainees in PGCIL? I have applied for the same post in PGCIL recruitment. I don’t know about the pay scale for the same post. So kindly tell me asap.

Pay Scale offered for the post of Executive Trainee in PGCIL:

The detailed information about compensation package is as follows,

>> Pay Scale - Rs.24,900/- to Rs.50,500/- during 1 year training period

>> Approximate CTC Offered :

@ During Training - 9 Lakhs

@ After Training on Regularization - 15 Lakhs

Compensation package includes Dearness allowance, Basic Pay, Allowance as per cafeteria approach, performance related pay, company quarters or HRA or mobile facility..etc.,

Corporation also offered excellent facilities such as long term loans, short term loans and advances in subsidized rates including the medical facilities, house building advance..etc.,
