The pay scale of Stenographers in The Indian Council for Cultural Relations is for Junior Stenographer it is in-between Rs.5200 - Rs.20200 and for Senior Stenographer it is in-between 9300 - Rs.34800 per month. The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed 10+2 or bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. The candidate must have done a diploma certificate in computer application from a recognized institute with dictation 10 minutes @ 100 wpm, transcription - 60 minutes in English and 75 minutes in Hindi only on the computer.
